• Jeyavelu Memorial Award for Post Graduates for the Best Paper presentation entitled – “The Inside Out – Radical Neck” presented at PONCON 2003 at scientific session during the XXVI Annual conference in the year 2003.
• Secured first place in poster presentation competition for the poster entitled “Bioterrorism” in the Science Fest, 26-27^th Feb, 2004 held at RMDC&H, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu.
• Secured first prize (Tamil Nadu State) in the Dissertation Competition entitled “Application of the knowledge of Embryology in Clinical Practice” for Post Graduates in the year 2004.
• Jeyavelu Memorial Award for Post Graduates for the Best Paper presentation entitled “Cranial Sutures & Craniosynostosis”  presented at  VinayAnatomy Con 2004 – XXVII Annual Conference, Association of Anatomists, 25^th & 26^th  Sept, Salem.
• M.Cooper memorial award for faculty for the best paper entitled “Hemifacial Microsomia” presented at Anatcon@ Annamalai, 2005 – XXVIII Annual Conference, Association of Anatomists, 17^th and 18^th Sept, 2005 at Annamalai University, Chidambaram.
• 3^rd Best paper award for the paper entitled “Trigemino-Cardiac Reflex during a Le-fort I surgery” – A Case report presented at the 2^nd Conference of Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (Tamil Nadu & Pondichery Chapter), 10^th-12^th Feb, 2006, held at MGM Resorts, Chennai.
