We (my husband &I) are writing this message to record our sincere thanks to the Home Care Unit if PSG Hospital, Coimbatore. My mother-in-law aged 87, residing in Brindavan Arcade, Vadavalli was very sick during the 3rd week of January 2024. She was ailing due to the old age related problems. When she was too ill and in severe pain, but couldn't be shifted to a hospital for medical care, we approached Dr. Rajath for help. It was a huge relief as he responded without delay and also reached our place within a few hours along with his Home Care team, understanding the urgency. After thorough examination, he prescribed the necessary medication which would alivate the pain & help her get a decent sleep which was much needed. Within another two days, upon our request, Dr. Rajath & team visited us, this time to assure that the palliative care would keep my mother-in-law pain-free & calm. She passed away peacefully on the 23rd January. We are very grateful to Dr. Rajath for his total support, guidance and care at the hour of need. The accompanying staff too were kind and helpful. Everything done at our residence were official - the prescription was given in the Hospital's letter head, duly signed and with official seal, punched and filed before being handed over to us. The fee for the home visit was fairly priced. Receipt was given to us upon payment. No extra amount was charged. All safety protocols were followed and hygiene was ensured. We are very grateful to the PSG hospital for enabling this Home Care service. Kindly accept our sincere thanks.
