My father was in emergency and then in imcu for 2 days. Then was in general ward for 5 days. Overall, I could have not asked for any better treatment. Everyone working in the hospital were so friendly and concerned. We got the best treatment at the lowest possible cost. I was charged only 50% of what I expected it to be. Doctors, nurses, everyone did their job perfectly. Clear information given by doctors every time they met us and they met us at least twice in a day.

Dr. Sujith kumar and Dr. Sathish did exemplary job. Very grateful to them. Even nurses (every nurse) Mr. Danasingh in imcu (it was difficult to get their names as they DON'T SAY It) and Ms. Sangeetha (medical ward 4b) were excellent. (tell them they did good job if your hospital policy allows to tell) Not sure how they (along with all other nurses) maintain such cheerful faces and serve us with the same energy at the end of the shift similar to how they were at the start. Great service they are doing. Insurance team, catering team, dieticians, scavengers everyone for that matter provided great service. Cleanliness in the new block can be rated 5/5. General wards are so spacious. 'Let there be charity so that other people can share my family's prosperity' is the motto of the founding fathers of PSG and you are holding it and carrying the mantle forward. Thank you very much PSG.
